Which regulations does EMPCO Scanner cover?
Directive (EU) 2024/825 — the 'Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition' Directive — including the seven prohibited green-claim families and updates to the UCPD Annex I blacklist. We also cross-reference the proposed Green Claims Directive, PPWR and CSRD.
How does claim detection work?
We crawl the URLs and parse the documents you submit, extract every environmental claim, then run each claim through multiple frontier models with a structured rubric. Verdicts are cross-checked and surfaced with citations to the source line and the relevant EmpCo article.
Can I integrate EMPCO Scanner into our CMS or PIM?
Yes. Use the public REST API to trigger scans on publish, and subscribe to scan.completed and claim.flagged webhooks to block releases that contain red claims.
How is risk categorised?
